In 2018, we founded Moonlight Photography with the desire to tell sincere, luminous and timeless love stories, in France as well as internationally.
From June to September, we photograph weddings in Provence and the south of France. From October to May, we are based on the Riviera Maya, in Mexico, where we also work as wedding photographers in Mexico.
Our style is built on two complementary perspectives: Andrea favors a documentary approach, seeking genuine and spontaneous moments, while Klaudia brings a more editorial sensitivity, inspired by fashion and portraiture.
Together, we create images that are authentic, elegant and deeply human.

Provence, a unique setting
Provence offers a rare diversity of settings for a photo session: perched villages, lavender fields, olive groves, calanques and stone farmhouses. It’s this variety of light and landscape that makes it one of our favorite regions for capturing your most beautiful moments.
Gordes
Its stone houses stacked on a rocky outcrop make it one of the most photogenic villages in the region — perfect for late-afternoon portraits, when the stone takes on a golden hue.
Roussillon
Its ochre façades, ranging from pink to deep red, offer an almost otherworldly palette of colors in raking light.
Les Alpilles
With their limestone ridges and olive groves, they bring a wilder, timeless backdrop, ideal for sessions in open nature.
Avignon
The Palais des Papes and medieval streets add a historic, urban dimension to the session — a lovely contrast with the surrounding countryside.

Planning your photo session in Provence: what to know
If you’re planning a photo session in Provence or more broadly in PACA, a few practical pointers may be useful.
The season: from June to September, Provençal light is at its most beautiful — warm at the end of the day, with the deep blue sky typical of southern summers. Spring (May) offers softer light and the advantage of still-green landscapes, before the summer heat sets in..
Lavender blooming: this is one of the questions we’re asked most often. Lavender fields generally bloom from late June to late July, but this period varies each year depending on heat and sunshine — a hotter year can bring the bloom forward by several days, a cooler year can delay it. If lavender fields in bloom are part of your vision, we recommend staying flexible on the date, or planning a dedicated session slightly before or after, to leave nothing to chance.
Distances: the Luberon, Avignon, the Alpilles and the Vaucluse are all close to one another — less than an hour’s drive separates most of the region’s iconic locations, making it easy to combine several settings in a single day.
Reception venues: Provençal farmhouses, wine estates, bastides or Mediterranean gardens — for the big day, the region is full of addresses with authentic charm, each with its own light and space considerations, which we take into account from our very first conversations with you.
We are based in Montfavet, near Avignon, which allows us to easily cover the whole territory — from the Luberon to the Camargue.

Delivery time is max 60 days from the day of the session.
We provide approximately 75 photos per hour of session, all retouched in high resolution. You'll receive your images in a private online gallery, with unlimited downloads. We recommend keeping at least two copies, as gallery access is limited to 6 months.
